Tavistock Rugby Club invite you to take advantage of a club's hospitality day at Sandy Park. Just pick one of the games from the fixture list and book your day through Lisa Hair by telephone (07720754756) or complete the order form (click here) stating :-

* TRFC Corporate meal
* Company and/or group organiser contact details
* Date
* Number in group
* Any special diet(s)

Make it a day to remember for your own workforce (a day out), to entertain your business contacts or just as a group social event.

A lavish 2 course meal (roast & trimmings), selected from a choice of the 3 courses available, served before the game at 1pm will be provided by Dukes at a cost of £8:00 each.  The bar will be open.

Please note :

** Corporate lunches will be cancelled if less than 20 meals have been booked 5 days prior to the match (i.e. by 10am on the Monday before a Saturday game).

** Status (proceeding or cancelled) of corporate lunches can be checked on the web site or by telephoning Lisa in the week prior to the meal.

** Late extra bookings can be made until Thursday prior to the match providing the Hospitality lunch is proceeding.

To make your day complete, you and anyone in your group could become a Vice President of TRFC for a year which will entitle you to further VP's dinner, a VP's tie or lapel pin and eligible to apply for International tickets.
