In accordance with the club constitution the following categories of club membership apply to Tavistock Rugby Club 

Categories of membership:-
a) Members
b) Playing Members
 
Note: Vice Presidents of the Club are Members considered by the committee to receive special recognition for services to the Club.

Categories of honorary membership:-
c) Life Members

Catergory of Junior :-
e) Junior player 

Note: Juniors shall not have any of the rights of club Members. Parents, Guardians and Coaches of the Junior Section shall not be members of Tavistock Rugby Football Club within these rules unless they have paid their full subscription as Members. They are only  entitled to use the Clubhouse facilities on training and match days.

The affairs of the club are conducted by the elected General Committee. This committee has formed several sub-committees to manage the operation within specific areas of club structure.
