VP Lunches TRFC "100" Club & TRFC "36" Club

20th March and 10th April

 £10 a head inclusive of VPs and guests.


 Please help promote these Clubs. Ask your friends, business contact or even yourself to join to have great chances to win big money prizes (£250 and £750).

Volunteers required Junior section : TRFC Academy

Bar & Social Sub-committee member required urgently -- contact Jim Tomkins

Role : to be a member of the sub-committee
Main Duty : to organise a team of cleaning volunteers to tidy club room after functions in preparation for other functions and/or Junior Sunday am matches.

Function Promotions Officers required urgently -- contact Jim Tomkins

Role : to inform all club members and guest about club functions.
          to promote the club facilities and encourage funtions at the club.
          to promote match days and the pre-match meals

OTHER Volunteers

Organising raffles (prizes, selling tickets etc.) on match days

Selling programmes on match days

Occasional odd jobs that need to be done at the club.

Painting the club

Helping on bar at functions.

Promoting club games (town banner) and club room facilities

Referee coordinator to undertake a collation and communication exercise for club referees

AND MANY MORE.   Please come forward and volunteer.

John Wakem has volunteered to manage and control Club Trophies (engraving, preparation for club dinner etc.etc.) -- Thank John

 A timetable for the first year of the Tavistock Academy has been generated. The idea is for as many coaches to attend as possible so that we end up with a low player/coach ratio.

THE ACADEMY WILL TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY EVENINGS STARTING AT 7.00 p.m. AND FINISHING AT 8.30 p.m. AND IS FOR ALL AGE GROUPS FROM UNDER 12 TO COLTS (plus U7 -U11 coaches).

 No dogs in the clubhouse.
No dogs on the playing areas. 
Dogs on the grass must be on a lead and any mess removed by the owner.
Juniors and Seniors have this joint policy.
