Tavistock under 12s put in a brave performance against a strong Ivybridge side. The team struggled against the slope in the first period, narrowly conceding a try after a fierce defence of their line, and were unlucky to see Ivybridge score again moments later. T

avistock fought back well in the second period, with three excellent tries from Charlie, one each converted by Tom and Harry, Ivybridge scored once in this period. Ivybridge dominated the last period with two more tries, but excellent runs by Bertie, James and Charlie kept Tavistocks hopes alive right till the end of an exciting match.
