A good peformance from Tavistock U9 against a solid Saltash side. Tries from Jack, Joe and Lachlan secured a win in muddy conditions. Luke and Morgan played extremely well and deserve alot of credit for the spirit in which they played. Cian and John played well and supported their new team mates. Olly and Seamus popped up all around the field causing trouble for Saltash and Freddie, Jason and Theo were all making great in roads for the team. Both Jack, with fine runs through the defence, and Joe, for superb tackling, were outstanding but man of the match was Lachlan Fulton with quick thinking and intense pressure constantly putting Saltash on the back foot. However, as always, the win was a team effort.
