Best rugby moment : Packing down with Simon Shaw and Steve Ojomoh at University. Winning promotion and the Devon Junior Cup.

Worst rugby moment : Dislocating my elbow - a bit uncomfortable, although on the plus side, a rather lovely young Phillipino nurse insisted on giving me a full bed bath the following day as I recovered in hospital! She couldn't understand a word I was saying, thought I had a broken leg (despite obvious arm in plaster), but boy did she have healing hands!
